Simba and his friends return and overthrow Scar, and Simba takes his rightful place as king.TRAFFIC ALERT: This week marks the opening of the new Moody Center on the UT campus. Simba agrees to go back to the Pridelands and confront Scar.
Simba refuses to go back, but his good friend, Rafiki appears and helps him remember his father. Nala encouraged Simba to go back and take his place as a king. Now grown, Nala decided to leave to seek help and found Simba in the jungle. Under Scar's reign, Pridelands is nearly destroyed.
Lost in the desert, Young Simba meets Timon and Pumbaa, who take him to their "worry-free" jungle home. Time passes, and Simba grows into a curious young lion.
